“ Joes Bar is a very special place. Its a throwback old time good ole boys type of place. The food is good and they serve these amazing beans free all day. They have a lot going on with trivia night, karaoke night and music bingo night. Wish I lived in Llano so I could hang out at the Kings table. ”
“ This is a really neat place to get a beer and watch the game or get a good meal with the family. ”
“ Shannon was amazing, friendly and attentive! I was able to get a Heineken 0.0 and an Impossible burger SO HAPPY and everything was delicious ”
“ What a great Bar grill in Llano, TX. Make sure and stop of your visiting town or just passing through. Classic American menu. Burgers are delicious and the fries onion rings are a must have. Star is friendly and service is quick. Everything is fresh. Fun to sit at the long bar and have a drink. Great assortment of spirits and beer. Free beans in a crock pot are very tasty. Ice cream shop next door is a great stop after dinner ”
“ Great food there today. 3 of 6 of us had the fish tacos and all thought they were outstanding. Plus the free charro beans were great too! ”
“ We enjoy this place when were in Llano. They have great burgers and sometimes have an allyoucaneat salad bar which is nice. Burgers are big, thick, and juicy. The pretzel buns are fresh and taste just like a lightly salted, hot pretzel! They go really well with the burger. There are two other bun options and I think one of them is gluten free. We ordered from the bartender and she gave us a light up pager to go to the kitchen window and pick up our food when it was done. Food is fresh and hot. The owner is obviously a collector of all sorts of beer cans. Pictures and beer cans and other neat memorabilia decorate the walls. TVs and a wall of windows on one side. There is a small stage that we have seen used for karaoke some nights. Super tall ceilings. Nice long bar. Wood all over the place. Comfortable seating. Texas, come as you are vibe. You can safely bring your kids. Tots are great. Onion rings are great. Food is great. Check it out. If theyre busy, be patient. We think the burgers are worth the wait. ”
“ Edit found historical sign and its courthouse square I think. Have since returned, same great experience for a cold draftend edit. Karaoke was fun. Food was good and COLD beer hit the spot. Building is old and should be listed as a historic gem. Old town hill country at its finest. Introduced to this place by family. Love Aunt Chiggy and Uncle Mike!!! Will definitely return every chance we get. Parking is right outside the door, angled street parking spots. Beautiful little plaza area out front. Not sure of its name. ”
“ The cheeseburger fries were excellent. Served on a pretzel bun with a pickle. The friendly bartender was our server for both food beer cuz we sat at the bar. The place was fascinating with lots of town related memorabilia, as well as an extensive beer can beer glass collection. We came in from out of town and my boyfriend was anxious to get here to eat as we didnt know what time the kitchen closed. He told me it was the best hamburger he had ever had, which I considered very high praise as it came from the general manager of one of the restaurants of a famous hamburger chain! ”
